With a little creativity, dessert can be healthy and delicious. So, what kind of dessert one might think ? Cake? Yeah! Definitely cake!
A good definition for cake is difficult. Cake is not limited to only big parties. Cake has a connecting function as it brings people together. It’s a delicacy that is always shared.
What makes an exceptional Chocolate Cake? You only need one bowl and minimal ingredients to make this Perfectly tasteful Chocolate Cake. Rich in chocolate flavour with a tender-moist crumb, and fluffy with the perfect amount of sweetness. This is what chocolate dreams are made of!
Try this amazing chocolate cake and indulge in all your own paradise.

Ingredients:
2 cups maida
1+1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup unflavoured oil
1 tsp vanilla essence 
1 cup warm milk
1 tsp vinegar
1/3 cup crushed dry fruits

Recipe:
  1. In a large bowl, sieve maida, sugar, cocoa powder and salt.
  2. To this as baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Give it a stir.
  4. All oil to it and warm milk.
  5. Mix everything in. The batter should be easy flowing.
  6. Add vinegar to the mixture and half of the dry fruits.
  7. Stir to incorporate everything.
  8. Butter the baking dish and sprinkle some dry maida to it to avoid sticking of cake after its baked.
  9. Pour the batter to it and tap 2-3 times to release all the air bubbles.
  10. Sprinkle the left over dry fruits on to it.
  11. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180C.
  12. Check with a toothpick to see if the cake is completely baked.

**you can also bake it without oven in a Kadhai. Follow the procedure given below:
  • Pour some salt in a Kadhai and and place a wire rack stand in it.
  • Cover it to pre heat up a little.
  • Keep the baking dish on the wire rack stand.
  • Cover it and cook the cake on medium flame for 10 minutes and on low flame for another 20-25 minutes.
  • Check with a toothpick to see if the cake is completely cooked. If not, you can again cover it with the lid and let it cook.
