One of the most popular non-alcoholic beverages. So, treat yourself to the complex and refreshing blend of mint, citrus, and sugar with this drink that's guaranteed to perfectly satisfy a hot summer day, Virgin Mojito is something that you would end up making very often after trying it once. This recipe can be prepared in no time and without much effort. During the summer, people opt for mint-based products as these provide a refreshing burst of flavour and also act as good relaxants. 
The combination of mint, and lime have various health benefits too such as it is a good appetiser and helps in digestion, helpful in cleansing and detoxification, acts as vasodilator that is it helps open blood vessels, keeps our body cool, maintains our immune system and helps with stress, memory, early Alzheimer, even chronic pain.

Mintsoothes the stomach instantly and works wonders when it comes to treating tummy troubles. It is rich in antioxidants, phytonurients and menthol, which helps the enzymes to digest food. Mint not only helps in digestion and weight loss, but also flushes out all the toxins from the body.

Ingredients:
1/2 lime cut into quarters 
Fresh mint leaves
2-3 tsp sugar
1 glass sprite, soda or sparkling water 
Ice cubes as required 

Recipe:
  1. Take a glass, add sugar, lemon pieces and mint leaves.
  2. Muddle the ingredients together to get those amazing flavours.
  3. Fill the glass 3/4th with ice.
  4. Pour the soda to it.
  5. Give it a mix and enjoy.
