EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

 EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Everyone needs a classic chocolate chip cookie recipe in their list and this one is mine. It is seriously the Best Chocolate Chip Cookie I’ve Ever Had! These are everything a chocolate chip cookie should be. Crispy and chewy. Doughy yet fully baked. Perfectly buttery and sweet. And nothing’s better than a homemade cookie fresh from the oven. Well, what makes these chocolate chip cookies the best cookies is the use of more brown sugar than white sugar to make it more chewy and softer.
How to make the best chocolate chip cookie ever:
  1. Use soften butter: If you are planning on making these, take the butter out of the fridge much before you’re ready to make these.
  2. Measure the flour correctly: Be sure that you use a proper measuring cup. Add flour to the cup and even it out from the top using a knife.
  3. Use lots of chocolate chips. Do I even need to explain this?!
  4. Do not over-bake these chocolate chip cookies! These chocolate chip cookies will not look done when you pull them out of the oven, and that is GOOD. That’s when we put them on a rack to be cooled down and that’s when they’ll be ready, completely baked, soft and chewy.

So let’s give it a try and enjoy the best eggless chocolate chip cookies. These chocolate chip cookies are on the flat and crispy side of the cookie spectrum, with oozy, soft centers and to-die-for pockets of molten chocolate throughout.

Ingredients:
2+1/2 cups maida
1 cup brown sugar
3/4th cup granulated sugar
50 gms soften butter
2-3 tbsp milk
Vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking soda
Lots of chocolate chunks
Pinch of salt

Recipe:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add salt, brown and white sugar. Give it a mix.
  2. Add room temperature butter and whisk it. To this add 2 tbsp milk and vanilla essence. Mix everything.
  3. To this mixture, sieve maida and baking soda.
  4. Add chocolate chunks to it (I used white and milk chocolate chunks) and incorporate everything in.
  5. Make it into a dough.
  6. Keep it in the freezer for around 30 minutes.
  7. Take it out of the freezer and shape them into flatten balls.
  8. Add some chunks on the cookie dough balls too.
  9. Bake it for 15 minutes at 180C.
  10. When baked, take out and cool them on the wire rack.

Enjoy and keep showering your love.
