SPAGHETTI



Quick and easy vegetable spaghetti that tastes so good, you won’t even realize it’s loaded with nutritious veggies. Well, spaghetti is a long, thin, solid, cylindrical pasta. It is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine. It is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine.
Mixed Vegetable Spaghetti pasta is filled with the goodness of vegetables that tastes absolutely delicious. Always add more and other vegetables like mushrooms, zucchini, babycorns and whatever you like, just don’t get stuck to these specific ones. They are just a good starting point.

Ingredients:
3 cups spaghetti noodles
2+2 tsp oil
3-4 cloves garlic, grated
3 tomatoes, boiled, skin peeled and chopped
2 tbsp ketchup
2 onion thinly sliced
1 green capsicum thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper thinly slice
1 small head broccoli, cut to pieces
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tbsp pepper
Salt as per taste

Recipe:
  1. Boil water in a large pan, to this add salt and 2tsp of oil. Add spaghetti to this and let it cook in medium flame.
  2. In a different pan, add 2 tsp oil, to this add grated garlic and let it sauté for minute.
  3. Add onions to this, sauté them till they turn translucent.
  4. To this, then add chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup water and ketchup, stir it.
  5. **Well, our spaghetti sauce is ready and can be stored in freezer for much more spaghetti dinners to come.
  6. But for this recipe, we’ll add all 3 bell peppers and broccoli into this sauce to incorporate the taste of veggies in the sauce it.
  7. Add salt, black pepper, oregano and chilli powder to this. Mix well.
  8. Cover it and let it cook for another 8 minutes in low flame.
  9. Once done, open the lid, stir and add boiled spaghetti to this.
