MUG CAKE
My late-night sweet tooth is a real thing and it has led to the creation of some of my favourite dessert recipes. This Chocolate Mug Cake is incredibly easy to make with just a few simple ingredients and made right in the microwave. Perfect for an easy chocolate dessert! All you have to do is mix up the batter, pour it into a mug, and pop it into the microwave for a little over a minute.

This microwave Mug Cake will become your new obsession, it’s the easiest and fastest way to make dessert for one or two (well, if you like to share) and you wont believe how delicious it is! This mug cake recipe is made with chocolate chips and no eggs.
Nothing beats a chocolate cake you can bake in a mug or cup in just a minute or two in the microwave!
Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Recipe:
- Melt the butter in a coffee mug.
- Add both sugars and Mix well.
- Add milk, vanilla and salt and stir until smooth.
- Now add sieved cocoa powder and flour and stir until all the lumps are out.
- Cook in the microwave for 50-60 seconds.
- You may have to adjust the cooking time since all microwaves cook at different speeds.
So, quickly satisfy your chocolate craving with this easy single-serve chocolate cake in a mug.
