Rather than just fussing over what to eat for dessert, just bring out the ice cream. Ice creams can make your sadness go away and is also scientifically proven to help improve our moods from breakups, heartaches, and other major causes of sadness. Moreover we can eat ice creams anywhere and anytime either in a cup or a cone- the possibilities are endless taking our frozen treat with us anywhere we go. The best part about this is that we can make ice creams at home with our favourite delicious mix of ice creams which goes with everything like cakes, brownies, crepes, and different flavours like mint, chocolate, cookies, etc.
Ice cream is a sweetened frozen food mostly eaten as a snack or dessert. It may be made from milk or cream and is flavoured with a sweetener such as sugar syrup or condensed milk.
